Fillers · facial treatment in Diest

Subtle volume.
Beautifully balanced.

Soften volume loss, restore harmony or refine a contour with a treatment that keeps your face recognisably yours.

Our approach

Not changing for the sake of change

Fillers can restore lost volume, soften selected lines and refine facial proportions. The aim is not to erase every line, but to respect your natural expression.

That is why we do not look only at the area that concerns you. We assess how skin quality, facial movement, volume and contour shape the face together. Sometimes a small amount is enough. Sometimes another treatment is more appropriate.

And sometimes the best advice is to do nothing.
What would you like to improve?

Start with your goal, not the syringe

Every area moves differently and requires a different approach. The product and amount are selected only after a personal assessment.

01

Lips

More definition, a subtle increase in volume or restoration of volume lost over time.

02

Cheeks

Supporting the midface when volume loss creates a tired or slightly hollow appearance.

03

Chin & jawline

Refining the contour and improving facial balance from the front or in profile.

04

Lines around the mouth

Nasolabial folds, marionette lines and downturned mouth corners can be softened in suitable cases.

05

Tear trough

In carefully selected patients, the shadow beneath the eyes can be subtly reduced.

Not every tired-looking eye area is suitable for filler.

06

Full face

A balanced treatment plan that focuses on facial proportions rather than one individual line.

Making an informed choice

Filler is not the best solution for every concern

Volume and contour are different from muscle activity, skin texture or significant skin laxity. We recommend the treatment that addresses the cause of what you see.

From consultation to result

What happens during a filler treatment?

1

Assessment

We discuss your expectations, medical history, medication and any previous filler treatments.

2

Treatment plan

Based on your anatomy, the doctor selects the appropriate area, product and amount.

3

Treatment

The filler is injected carefully. The duration depends on the number of areas treated.

4

Recovery

You can usually return to normal activities quickly. Temporary swelling and bruising may occur.

Real results

Subtle does not mean invisible

A natural result can make a real difference. With lip filler, this may mean more definition, improved proportions or a modest increase in volume.

Results vary from person to person. Initial swelling can temporarily distort the appearance; wait until it has subsided before assessing the result.

Medical treatment

Safety starts before the injection

Fillers are placed into the tissue with a needle or cannula. A thorough knowledge of facial anatomy, appropriate product selection and prompt recognition of complications are therefore essential.

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be broken down with hyaluronidase in certain situations. This does not mean that every treatment is easily or completely “reversible”.

Frequently asked questions

Make a well-informed choice

No two faces or treatment plans are the same. These answers offer initial guidance; we will discuss what applies to you during your appointment.

Does filler treatment hurt?
You may feel small injections, pressure or a brief burning sensation. Sensitivity varies by area and person. Many hyaluronic acid fillers contain a local anaesthetic.
When will I see the final result?
Part of the effect is visible immediately, but swelling may distort the appearance during the first few days. The right time to assess the result varies by area.
How long does filler remain visible?
Fillers are temporary. Their duration depends on the product, treated area, amount and your metabolism. Maintenance therefore does not automatically follow one fixed schedule.
Can filler be dissolved?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be broken down with hyaluronidase in certain situations. Other products do not respond to it. Dissolving filler is itself a medical treatment with specific considerations.
What is the difference between fillers and Botox?
Filler restores volume or refines contours. Botulinum toxin temporarily reduces the activity of selected muscles and is mainly used for expression lines or certain functional concerns.
When is treatment postponed?
For example, with an active skin infection or inflammation, and depending on pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication, previous complications or planned medical and dental treatment. The doctor assesses each situation individually.
