Upper eyelid correction is a relatively minor procedure that quickly creates a more alert and youthful appearance. The eyelid lift can sometimes be carried out by laser but is generally surgical and leaves only a small scar, which is concealed in the natural crease of the eye.

A lower eyelid correction is also low risk. The recovery time for this treatment is on average only one week. It is one of the most frequently performed plastic surgeries in the world and our surgeons are highly experienced in performing this operation. This can be done under local anaesthetic as well as general anaesthetic, if desired.
A (lower) eyelid correction with fillers
Hollow lower eyelids or dark circles can also be treated by adding extra volume. This restores the smooth transition between the lower eyelid and the rest of the face. Hyaluronic acid-based fillers are very suitable for this purpose. Lipofilling with one's own fat tissue can also be considered. The scar is neatly concealed just under the eyelashes or on the inside of the eyelid, making it almost invisible.
